UPF gives independent leagues a way to participate in something larger without surrendering the identity, history or local relationships they have already built.
Keep Your League
Independent leagues may seek UPF sanctioning while preserving their name, branding, ownership, management, history and organizational identity. Sanctioning connects the organization to federation opportunities; it does not require conversion to the United Pool Leagues name.
Common Standards, Local Control
Minimum federation standards can address player eligibility, roster identification, result reporting, competitive integrity, qualification reporting, rating disclosure and championship eligibility. Day-to-day league operations remain local.
A Larger Network
Sanctioned organizations can connect their players to persistent UPF identities, recognized competitive history, ratings and classifications, regional opportunities and federation championships while maintaining other affiliations where permitted.
League Commander
UPF technology is designed to support cooperation. League Commander provides tools for registration, rosters, scheduling, scoring, standings, qualification tracking and federation reporting without requiring independent organizations to abandon their own identity.
