Tournament Directors

Run local competition with federation-level identity, reporting and championship connection.

Host a UPF-Sanctioned Event

UPF tournament directors and promoters create sanctioned events that connect directly to the federation’s player and competition systems. The model gives local events the professionalism and continuity of a larger Tour.

Register Existing Members

Directors can search the UPF player database and add existing members without recreating profiles. New players can be registered into provisional profiles and begin the evidence and classification process as part of event entry.

Event Commander

Event Commander is the UPF tournament-management platform for registration, player eligibility, bracket creation, digital scoresheets, live results, standings, payouts, Tour Points and event closeout.

Sanctioned Event Types

Events may be class-locked, Open, Combined, team, doubles or other approved formats. The event definition establishes the discipline, field, race structure, eligibility, rating status, Tour status and published prize terms before play begins.

Direct Result Reporting

Finalized match and game results can report directly into the UPF Competition Ledger, supporting player history, rating development, Tour standings, achievements and qualification without requiring a separate manual submission to an outside rating provider.

Tour Events

Designated Tour events can award class-appropriate Tour Points and may include a published UPF Tour contribution from each entry. The software can calculate the event obligation automatically so championship funding and reporting remain transparent.

Professional Closeout

A sanctioned event ends with more than a bracket image. Event closeout can preserve final placements, match records, payouts, Tour contributions, point awards and any corrections or administrative notes as part of an auditable federation history.
